Problem Note 51846: Users logging on to SAS® Forecast Analyst Workbench 5.1 might experience long logon times

Multiple calls to the SAS® Metadata Server for license checks might cause delays in logging on when the SAS® Metadata Repository contains a large amount of metadata. The system might appear to be unresponsive. Note that if the server is left undisturbed, the logon request is eventually honored and you might log on to the application.
